3D printing is an integral part of our development and production processes. It allows us to respond quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively to requirements in prototype development and small-series production – for our own projects and on behalf of customers.

Printing
Functional prototypes, brackets and housing parts using FDM – robust, dimensionally accurate and, depending on the material, heat-resistant. In-house, with short response times.
Finishing
Sanding, drilling, painting, threaded inserts, bonding and assembly – for ready-to-install functional parts and precise test samples.
Materials
The right material for every part.
We print using FDM and choose the right functional plastic for each requirement, e.g. PETG, ABS or PA. The result is durable parts – from quick prototypes to functional parts in daily use.
- Custom parts: from one-offs to series, including data preparation and advice
- Combined: with milled parts, electronics or optical components
- Prototyping: working assemblies – mechanical, electronic or as a complete system
We are also happy to handle assembly and commissioning for designs supplied by the customer.
