General terms of sale (B2B)

Our general terms of sale (Allgemeine Verkaufsbedingungen) apply exclusively to contracts with businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law.

The terms are currently being revised. An English convenience translation will follow; until then, the German version applies, which is in any case the only legally binding version.
